What we collect
- Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone)
- Enquiry content (markets traded, preferred lesson, message text)
- Booking and attendance notes needed to deliver coaching
- Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site
- Cookie preferences as described in our cookies policy
We do not ask for account passwords, broker login credentials, or government identity numbers through the public contact form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver training, improve the website, and meet record-keeping duties. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we seek it through the cookie banner.
Retention
Enquiry emails are typically kept for up to three years. Training records (attendance, homework notes) are kept for up to seven years for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
Sharing
We use service providers for email hosting and, if enabled, analytics. They process data under instructions and applicable privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may store data outside Australia. Where transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual clauses where appropriate.

Children
Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
