Educational nature of services

Edgecomputenet provides technical analysis training focused on backtesting chart setups. Sessions are educational. They are not personal financial product advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future, or currency. Past historical behaviour of a chart setup does not guarantee future results.

Bookings and fees

Lesson fees, deposits, and schedules are confirmed in writing after enquiry. Informational prices on the site may change. Payment arrangements are agreed separately; this website does not process checkout.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, curriculum outlines, and site content belong to Edgecomputenet or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own course without written permission.

Conduct

Participants must treat coaches and fellow traders respectfully. We may refuse or end a booking if conduct disrupts a session or if a participant repeatedly ignores agreed homework expectations after clear notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Edgecomputenet is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a supplied service is limited to re-supply of the training or the fee paid for the affected session, as applicable under non-excludable rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections.
